The MSBC initiative of UNICEF India and DEF would be organizing at least five consultations in states like Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Assam. The purpose of the consultations is to bring in together the stakeholders like government, MSBC experiences and initiatives, private sectors, device players, front-line workers, experts and implementers. Each consultation will focus on the particular state and the players and stakeholders relevant to the state.

Following are the tentative dates for blocking the calendar per consultation in five states.
